Wednesday was our last day in Puerto Rico and we looked at a few more houses while we waited for a response on our second offer. Around 9pm we got a call from our realtor that the contract had been accepted and was signed. Whew! We are thrilled with our purchase – we found a great home and a perfect location – we were hoping for at least a small patch of grass and ended up with an incredibly large yard. Our new home has good bones but she does need some TLC on the inside -nothing that a few trips to Home Depot won’t fix.
Here she is:)

And the back – our favorite part – we are working on plans for a pool and a rooftop deck in the near future

Michele, that is a beautiful house! I think you will be very happy in Puerto Rico with your hubby and “beach princesses.” We will miss you in KC. I like to check in on your blog and see what you are up to. Good luck and God bless!

Michelle, what a gorgeous home!!!!! We’ll be praying that all of those last minute details get worked out.
I’m so sorry we missed the girls B-Day party. My High School reunion was this weekend so the kids spent the night w/some family. We didn’t get home until late Sunday. Please tell them HAPPY BIRTHDAY from the Peterson’s. I hope they had a TON of FUN.
